In the event of damage and / or loss to any of the equipment, the customer (here after known as the hirer and where the hirer is more than one person, e.g. a partnership, all obligations under the joint contract are joint and several) will ensure that any kind of damage will be put to rights using labour, service and materials specified by the owner of the equipment (here after known as K.H.T. KASTLES). The hirer during the hire period shall not sell or offer for sale, lend, assign, pledge, underlet or otherwise deal with or part with possesions of the units from their premises without the Owners written consent. The equipment shall at all times remain the property of the owner. The owner reserves the right to terminate the hire of the equipment to the hirer at any time for any reason if it is belived that all or part of these rules are not being followed or any and all of the insurance / legal requirements are not being followed. The hirer will ensure that the castle and all the equipment will be under SUPERVISION BY A COMPETENT ADULT at all times. In the event the castle or any equipment is hired over night, the hirer will ensure that at all times the equipment is kept in a secure and safe place and the hirer is responsible for any and all loss and / or damage until the equipment is collected by the owner. "BAD PRACTICE" THE HIRER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFTEY OF THE USERS OF THE CASTLE AND EQUIPMENT WHILST ON HIRE. Any user of the castle is to be under 14 years of age, unless the hire is as ADULT HIRE and is booked as such. Under no circumstances are adults allowed on the castle at the same time as children and the castle must not be overloaded at any time, this is the total responsibility of the hirer. Children of the same age and size only must be allowed on the castle at the same time and no one is allowed to eat or drink on the castle at any time during the hire period, ths castle is to be deflated whilst food and drink are being served. All shoes, badges, jewelry, (i.e. large earrings, necklaces etc.) MUST be removed.It is recommended the spectacles are also removed. Ensure that the inflatable is not overcrowded, and limit the numbers depending on age and size of children using it. Ensure that no one with a history of back or neck problems is allowed on the inflatable. The blower has to be 1.2 meters from the castle at all times and the hirer is to check anchor points to ensure the castle cannot move. In the event of heavy rain the blower is to be switch off. The electrical equipment is not to be interfered with at any time and should the blower stop working the hirer is to contact the owner at once. The castle must not be deflated whilst in use and objets are not to be carried onto or thrown onto the castle at any time. The saftey mats are to be inplace at al times during the period of hire and DEFLATE THE CASTLE AFTER USE TO PREVENT UNSUPERVISED USE. The owners of the castle reserve the right to change any / all contents of this contract so as to comply fully with their requirements under UK legislation. THESE RULES ARE FOR THE SAFTEY OF THE CHILDREN AND AS HIRER OF THE EQUIPMENT YOU MUST ADHERE TO THEM. We do offer risk assessments on all our equipment, we can supply them on demand.
